Website and Programme Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Codezela Career Accelerator (CCA) website and, together with the information provided at enrolment, your participation in a CCA programme. By using the website, applying or enrolling, you agree to follow these terms.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Acceptance depends on eligibility, available places and CCA's review. Applicants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for notifying us if important enrolment details change.

Programme fees must be paid according to the payment plan confirmed at enrolment. Late or incomplete payment may result in restricted access or suspension from the programme. Fees are ordinarily non-refundable except where our Refund Policy applies or a refund is required by applicable law.

Programmes may include online, in-person or hybrid learning. CCA may make reasonable changes to schedules, trainers, locations, platforms, curriculum sequence or delivery methods when needed to maintain programme quality or respond to operational circumstances. Material updates will be communicated to enrolled students where reasonably possible.

Students are expected to participate professionally, respect trainers and other learners, complete required work honestly, and use CCA systems lawfully. Harassment, academic misconduct, unauthorised access, disruption or misuse of learning platforms may lead to proportionate disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the programme.

Programme materials, recordings, assignments, designs, software and other content supplied by CCA or Codezela Technologies remain protected by intellectual-property law. Students receive a limited right to use these materials for their own learning and may not copy, publish, sell, distribute or share them without written permission.

Certificates, verifications and work-experience letters are subject to the academic, attendance, conduct and payment requirements communicated for the programme. CCA supports career development but does not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, immigration outcomes or any other particular result.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its security, availability or other users. The website and programmes may link to third-party platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and CCA is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control.

CCA may suspend or end access where a student materially breaches these terms, fails to meet payment obligations, or creates a significant safety, integrity or operational concern. Where appropriate, we will consider the circumstances and communicate the reason for the decision.

To the extent permitted by law, CCA and Codezela Technologies are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or programme participation. Nothing in these terms excludes any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change, and the current version will show its latest update date. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
